Then I went to the gift shop for a look around and to see if they had a book to tell me what else I might be missing. I could go to Santa Cova, the cave where they found the Virgin or to the museum which was supposed to have ancient artifacts and paintings by lots of masters. I decided I was done. The funicular back to the train turned out to have just left without me. Boo! I wandered around and took more pictures of the same stuff and then wandered up a bit of mountain. I was just thinking this isn’t exactly Korea, maybe it’s not safe to wander a mountain alone when 2 Asian girls came scampering down.
Finally, I was allowed to take the funicular down. It was about time!! At the bottom, the sun was going down and it made a beautiful scene as beams shone out from the sides of the various rocks at the top.
The funicular met the train again and I slept on the way back. I didn’t really have dinner, I had cereal. I did my laundry and then a load of whites. I accidentally chose the 2-hour cycle that takes up lots of power and blew the apartment’s power also using my heater. OOPS.
